YAGYA

Yagya literally means "devotion, worship, offering", and refers in Hinduism to any ritual done in front of a sacred fire, often with mantras. Yagya has been a Vedic tradition, described in a layer of Vedic literature called Brahmanas, as well as Yajurveda.

Yagya (yagna or yajna) is a consciousness based method originated from India. By means of the yagya performances, the specially trained Vedic pandits enhance the positive effects of life for a certain of people or for a group of peoples and release or dissolve the negative effects.

Shatkarma – Yogic Cleansing

Shatkarma consists of 6 groups of purification practice, SHAT means SIX and KARMA means ACTION. The aim is to create harmony between two major pranic flow, IDA and PINGALA. This also used to balance three Doshas of the body, KAPHA - MUCUS , PITTA - BILE and VATA-WIND.

Hawan

The chanting of mantras while performing Havan is to invoke gods and seek their blessings and favors. ... It is believed, that during the early Vedic period, Havan was the only ritualistic worship of God and puja rituals are many later developments.

Meditation

Mental and Physical Exhaustion is natural due to busy and hectic lifestyle, Vipassana Meditation Technique is very helpful to avoid this exhaustion and relieves the mind. The Important thing is if you want to take out the negative things which is hidden inside then figure out the weakness and take them out.

Yoga Asanas

Asana is traditionally defined as a “seat.” Most commonly, it is the seated posture used for meditation. More typically now in yoga, the term is used for any physical posture of Hatha yoga. It is the third limb of Patanjali’s eightfold path of ashtanga, following after the yamas and niyamas.
