The courses provided by us are completely residential. Price of accommodation and meals is included in the course fee.

SYMT is affiliated school with Yoga Alliance U.S. A, We provide the Yoga Alliance certificate to the student after the course completion. This Certificate gives you the power to become the registered yoga teacher and to start your own yoga school in any part of the world.

There is no experience required to join 100 Hour course and 200 Hour course TTC Program. You only need the right attitude and willpower to join SYMT..

The dates for the courses are shown on the website. You can choose any date according to your convenience. Start date and End date for the course cannot be changed as this the group learning.

You don’t need to bring any study material or any yoga kit. We provide all the required study material and accessories so that you have a comfortable journey.

To join the yoga teacher training courses at SYMT, you must be at least 16 years of age and not older than 60 years of age.

We arrange few extra classes in case he/she gets sick for a longer duration. There is no additional charge for the same, the student just needs to pay for stay and meals of additional days.

You can always come back and join any other month as per your convenience. You will have to pay an additional fee depending upon the period of stay and difference in course fees for the current month..

The retreats are planned to give you a great leisure time, there is a four- hour gap in the afternoon for you to take a break and visit places.

There are no catch :). We are into the business of yoga where YOGA comes first. We believe yoga should be obtainable to all as it is a Universal Patrimony. Right from our teaching to accommodation to our food, we don’t cut corners.
